The functions at a glance
SmaKi opens a secure payment account for you with a proven payment provider - the SmaKi Wallet. All flea market transactions are processed directly between the children's SmaKi Wallets, and you parents can make pay ins and payouts at any time. You parents also have the option of specifying whether you want to approve each transaction individually or give general approval. In this way, all purchase contracts remain legally regulated between the parents of the seller and buyer children.
In the SmaKi wallet, you kids can see your sales and purchases from flea market deals, the current available balance and the spending limit that your parents have set for you. You learn how to control your purchases and sales in a child-friendly way and develop a first feeling for handling money. To ensure that everything is always displayed correctly, all payments are made digitally - SmaKi does not accept cash payments.
Pay ins
You parents can easily pay in your children's pocket money or birthday money onto the SmaKi wallet using your credit card to increase the children's balance. There is a small fee of €0.20 + 1% of the pay in amount to cover the transaction costs.
Payouts
In the same way, you parents can make payouts to your saved bank account if you children want to spend some of their money "offline". For each payout, a small fee of 1.5% of the payout amount is charged to cover the transaction costs. This will be deducted from the payout amount.
